Effective September 2026. Plain-language version — the short of it: we use what you send us to call you back, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you request a quote or estimate, we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, and any notes you type. If you call or text, we keep the number and what you told us so we can do the job. Our website host may log standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site running.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, send proposals and invoices, and follow up on the job. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who sees it
Only AAA Tech and the services we use to run the business (website hosting and form handling, phone/text, invoicing). Those providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.
Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email andrestf85@gmail.com or call (760) 207-1955. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
